I tested this product with my vacuum cleaner and like it advertized, it reduced the lower pitch sounds. It would be nice if it could also reduce the higher pitch sounds as well but alas, you get what you pay for.This is a good product for the price and does what I need it to.Pros: Comfortable, slight noise cancelling, easy to useCons: Needs more noise cancelling, bulky
These headphones are perfect for games, downloading music.....My husband is a musician, and often is downloading music for review.....These are perfect for those computer tasks....I wouldn't recommned them for someone who is looking for superior sound qulaity, but for the money these are a great buy. Perfect for playing games, and for listening to news clips..... overall very happy with them!
I bought these earphones for noise cancelling qualities. I have yet to find much difference in any environment. Ear pieces are comfortable and do most of the blocking. The active electronic blocking is minimal. You could achieve the same effect by purchasing regular cup style earphones.
My friend has some "noise canceling" head phones but without the "boost" button that these have. We tested them out on our last flight and mine definitely cut out much more of the noise. I could just turn on the boost button and no music or anything and it gave a great white noise that really helped quiet that airplane drone sound. They were definitely a good buy.
