Our Bravia arrived prompty. It was fairly easy to assemble and to connect, but when turned on, the set up screen did not appear. We called the Sony helpline to describe the problem and were told something was wrong with the screen. Sony sent us a new one (it arrived in three days) and a label to return the damaged one. The replacement was packed differently from the original and did not have to be assembled. From that point we have been thrilled with the ease of set up, sound, picture and the price could not be beat.
