I was looking for some very simple headphone for my sony cd player and these are perfect. The sound is great they fit comfortably I love them.

I lost my first set and was delighted to find them on Overstock after searching several places. I find them perfect to carry because they fold to a compact size and easy to put in my bag. I find them easy on the ears... ear buds are uncomfortable and pop out easily while these stay put. Sound quality is decent but I only use them while commuting on public transportation to/from work etc. not for heavy duty long term listening. For this purpose they work well for me.

I've had a pair of Sony's earlier model for about three years! Up until the other day when the cat grabbed one of the ear pieces and yanked it from my body it worked fine. They were great enough quality for me to come back and get a new pair! Great for running, laying down, working, etc.

Nice set of phones if you don't mind the absence of sponges. Otherwise I highly recommend these. And, with Sony? What more can I say?
