They weren't really what I expected and the headband broke after 3 months of use. The sound was okay. I guess that's why they were cheap

my father was the first person who introduce me to sony products when he purchase a transistor sony radio if i remember exactly i was ten years old since then i fall in love with the brand i have an mp3 player sony .i have also a sony home theater.sony brand is my favorite

I am not going to say these are the best headphones that I have ever heard...but for the price they are top tier, Very good quality sound and good comfort. I actually do not like Sony products as a rule, but I am glad that I gave these a try...very nice.

I bought these about a year ago from *****t after having several problems with my Koss headphones that I bought from ****. The Koss headphones came apart in my hands, so needless to say, I was looking for both durability and comfort. I was on a budget, too, so I wanted headphones that were less than $20. When I came across these, I thought they looked great! However, I started to develop external ear pain around the lobe and cartilage that can be quite annoying when wearing the headphones for longer than 30 minutes. I have to take them off every once and a while to let my ears stop hurting. The sound is excellent, but I am very unhappy with the comfort level. I'm looking for some new headphones and I ordered some different Sony headphones, so hopefully they will work out for me.

I have found my Sony headphones to be of superior quality. I can really enjoy the fact that the reception is very clear and no distortion whatsoever. The fact that I can adjust the volume in line keeps the other TV listeners content as well. I feel that I purchased a high quality product at a very reasonable price and am very satisfied with my purchase. I was treated with professional courtesy by the Overstock. com staff and they are to be commended for their customer service.

I have a 3 hour round-trip commute on trains and buses and bought these to complement my iPod. I have no complaints with these headphones. The inline volume control is very convenient and keeps me from having to keep my iPod in hand. They are also very comfortable.

I purchased these for my portable DVD player when I fly. I like the long cord and the volume control, I have a two port DVD player and it allow's me to have a custume volume different then the person I am sharing my DVD player with. The headphones are pretty snug but adjustable, just be careful if you have an abnormally big head. The sony brand has not let me down yet.

I was looking for an inexpensive headphones with an in-line volume control. These are a decent value, good sound quality. They fit a little snug, so if you have a big head, these may not work for you. Seem durable enough. I'd buy them again.

These headphones really fit the bill! They have great sound quality, a nice long cord, volume control and are ultra comfortable. They are so comfortable that I wear them at night and fall asleep with them on almost every time!

I just received these headphones after reading the wonderful reviews on this site and I have to say I am very disappointed. The sound is muted and not full at all, and they are hard plastic and not comfortable. Perhaps I got a bad pair I don't know but Overstock has arranged the return for me and they were quick and polite. Thank you Overstock for taking care of this for me! I would NOT suggest buying these. I guess you get what you pay for, going to spend more this time.

These headphones are very nice for my purposes; a little music, a little TV, a little computer, all while not disturbing anyone else. The sound is good, they're comfortable, I like the in-line volume control and they're well-built for the price. I would have liked a longer cord; 78" is short for TV watching. (Do cord lengthes vary; another review said it had a long cord?)

For the price I think these headphones are pretty good. I was expecting to hear less outside noise with them on but that's not the case. I can hear the people around me working. Overall the sound quality is pretty good and I'm happy with my purchase.

The Sony in-line voulume control headphones I purchased are an excellent value for the money I paid for them. They are exceptionally well made and the audio quality is far superior to what I was expecting. These are the nicest headphones I own and I use them all the time and I got a great bargain on them.
