Great Buy
About every 12-18 months, we have to purchase a new DVD player for our home workshop -- a very dirty and dusty environment. Purchasing this machine was a great decision. It arrived extremely fast and it works like a charm. (And you can't beat the price.) I've purchased a few "refurbished" items in the past but this one was unbelievably pristine. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our purchase and when we destroy this one we'll be back for another.

So GOOD, I got TWO
The price nd the quality could not be matched. These two products worked Flawlessly and were the perfect replacement for my older 90's vintage DVD players. The compact size and ability to played all formats of DVD's made this the best choice. I highly recommnd this for those who are on the fence about "refurbished" electronics.

I am always skeptical when buying online but I have never been disappointed when purchasing here on ***. This unit is inexpensive and great for my daughter in college, when it arrived, I couldn't believe how nice it looked, the picture was fantastic. I have to buy another!

Stopped working after about a month
From the very beginning the quality of the viewing was not good. I thought it was because I had purchased several inexpensive DVD's. The picture would freeze up or the color would get faded in sections. The problem continued to get worse and finally the unit just stopped working. Fortunately I bought the extended warranty so I was able to get a full refund. Would not be inclined to by refurbished items in the future based on this experience.

the slick design of the product works well in my home theater. It takes up little space. The remote worked fine and it is not complicated. The DVD player, plays all of my discs perfectly fine.
