Came in a generic "refurbished" marked box in bubble wrap with all factory accessaries. Camera was in new condition. The accessaries were probably used and the manual is photocopied. It's a rather small camera but quite heavy. Controls are easy to reach. It's not jam packed with features, but has all the basic stuff you need. Video quality is excellent for a Hi-8. The LCD screen is bright & clear. I buy refurbished electronics all the time. Sony & HP seem to offer the best condition refurb products.
