Sinjimoru Sync and Charge Dock Stand for Samsung Galaxy S2

As I was looking for the perfect dock for my new Galaxy S2, I found the best price with Overstock.com and was excited to find a stylish product to go with my room decor. Once I placed the order, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was not getting charged for shipping and was getting a discount on top of that. Afterwards, I received it in no time. Definitely making Overstock my first stop for my shopping needs.

The product looks nice but can't use it as I intend too. I have galaxy s2 from Tmobile and it has a d30 case on it so when I place it on the dock with the case it does not charge so I had to remove the case just to use the dock station. My rating would be 3 out of 5. I only recommend this if you don't have a phone cover but if you do choose another option.

If you buy this stand - you buy it for style. Everything else about it is a pain in the posterior: 1. The parts do not fit together nicely leaving gaps 2, The angle of micro-usb tip is not properly aligned, so the phone does not lean on the back of the stand when connected. IN the long run I am sure this will lead to problems with phone's micro-usb connection. 3. The stand is too light for the phone, with rather small base as well - phone tips over or sideways easily 4. If your phone has any case at all on it (which most $500 phones do), the landscape position does not hold the phone well at the base, so it slides out of the stand easily. So, if you buy it - buy for the looks only, because it does look great if you do not touch it. However, do no t anticipate you can do anything with the phone once it is on the stand - it will fall over.
