exceptional value
using this on 5D Mark II. fast and accurate focusing, excellent through out zoom range, and even does ok with the 1.4x extender (no autofocus on a non 1D body with extender). at 400 5.6, it is slightly soft, but very acceptable, and even at 6.3, it already is very sharp. The OS takes a little time to engage, and not as effective as canon's New IS.
