Very easy to load pictures. Issue I ran across is when connected to pc, keychain always displays "updating" even if it is fully charged. The display also seems to scratch easily.

This was a great product and very easy to set up. It was one of the few electronics that my son in law did not have to spend his day setting up for us. I bought the 4 pack and everyone loved them.
