the screen has VERY SMALL characters which makes it hard to use. was looking for a much simpler product to keep myself organized

I brought this for my granddaughter. I made the mistake of telling her about it. She was excited all week until she could get to my house on Saturday to get it and when she got here the thing didn't work. We tried repeatedly resetting it and even put a new battery in it without success. i guess it was just a fluke because it was in a sealed package, but disappointing just the same. I have always been so pleased with everything I've purchased from overstock in the past

I purchased three of these for my three granddaughters (per their request). They love them and use them all the time to keep track of their friends, homework reminders, play dates, and parties. This product is exactly what we expected and it arrived to each one in the time promised. Overstock is where I will make many further purchases, customer service is excellent.
