missing parts
Do not buy refurb from sharp. They do not guarantee that all of the required parts will be included in the box. They will not replace or sell any missing parts. Buyer beware!

Highly recommend
I was in the market for a flat screen but unwilling to pay the high prices being asked. When I saw this flat sreen I trusted the brand name as I bought a smaller version for my daughter a few years back. I was concerned about "refurbished" until I read the guarantee...and there really is no risk to the consumer. Assembly was easy (although I needed someone to help me left the set onto the stand) and the set sturdy. I've had the set almost a year now and it's flawless. The picture is sharp and has exceptional color. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for a flatscreen at a reasonable price.
