bad first experience
This was my first purchase on Overstock and the device was Dead On Arrival. I knew it was refurbished and a possibility, so that was no big deal. BUT, I had to call and request a full refund (which I received). This was not a good start to a relationship, and I don't know if I will order from Overstock again, given the dozens of other Online options.
