The Seagate FreeAgent was one of the best purchases I have made. It will back up all your valuable pictures and information that you want to keep. It is very easy to install and you can set it to backup your computer whenever you want automatically. In the past I have lost valuable pictures and information because of the computer crashing. I have a Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bit) operating system and I had to go to the Seagate websice to install the update. It is free and it was easy to download and install. It is working great. and I recommend it to friends.
Good value for this product. Got it for my 18 year old grandson. He says that it is "COOL". He is in computer tech school and needed additional storage over the laptop.
I recieved the Seagate FreeAgent 500GB 3.5-inch USB 2.0 Harddrive promptly. I had no problem connecting it to my computer. I am very satisfied with it's performance and would recomend it.
