An indespensible tool in my home office I have tried several document scanning tools to tame down the mountain of paper generated in my home and business. The dual scanning technology is amazing. I really like that it automatically scans both sides of a page and whether it's full color of black and white. It also skips blank pages which saves tons in disk space. I love this scanner. Also, I called tech support because I wanted to figure out how to use one of its advanced features. Tech support was amazing and hugely helpful, courteous and hugely happy to help. If this scanner wasn't good, I would be very happy to have it just because the support is so good. Luckily the scanner is fantastic and the support behind it is amazing.
