Great unit. Works perfectly--replaced an articulating mount that could not support the weight of my 70" TV. Feels solid, and the pivoting action is perfect. Very easy installation. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that there is not a lot of room to work with once mounted... so cable up if you can before mounting.

I looked a different places for this particular mount and it was $120 cheaper here then at other box stores. This mount is sturdy and exactly as described. The box was torn and crushed, but the mount is so heavy and sturdy, there wasn't even a scratch on it. The mount comes with many different hardware options to attach to the wall, and when searching the Sanus website this is the one for my Samsung, but the screws that were supposed to attach the TV to the mount brackets were too small. We ended up using the spacers for round back TV's and the longer screws because the screws for the flat back TV's were too short. It is meant to mount with the spacer,s and the screws screwed in the TV at least a half inch. I feel confident that it is sturdy and supported on the wall. I had my uncle install because he is a carpenter. It is great, we can slide the TV about 6inches in either direction and it tilts with little effort. I am very happy with this product! I will be going with another Sanus mount for my next TV as well. Would have gotten 5 stars if the hardware was the right size.

Easily adapted to Television. More than sufficient hardware for mounting to wall. Prefer Sanus TV mounts to most others. Never disappointed with their products Very well built.

Have a 65" LCD that I wanted to hang on the wall and could not find any mounts at the traditional stores. Found this one and even though looked low quality on the website decided to give it a try. Wow, what a lifesaver. Heavy duty design and so incredibly easy to install once I actually read the directions. With the TV on the wall and no longer on a stand, my family room really opened up. Was very pleased with this product. Been using it for 3 years and no problems.

This is a very sturdy wall mount. I used the 3 stud method for a 52" Samsung LCD. I do caution that when using the 3rd stud, you shorten the amount the TV can move side to side. The further apart you extend the arms the less movement you will have.

Product is great and having the flexibility to use either the low profile brackets or the tilting brackets (both come in the package) is a big plus. The mount is strong and the installation instructions are straight forward. My one problem with the whole thing is that while installing the mount, two of the bolt heads sheared off near the end of installation. The bolt heads are absolutely necessary for holding the mounting piece to the wall, so using bolts that can shear off is not a good thing. It took me about 15 minutes to mount the bracket, and 3 days to try to remove the bolts from inside of the wall (I ended up having to get a cobalt drill bit and simply drill through the remaining parts of the bolt). I then bought my own super strong bolts from Ace Hardware and reinstalled the mount. Even with having to drill the bolts out, the fully mounted bracket could hold my weight (170lbs), so I know it is safe and secure for holding up our TV (45lbs). So, overall, great product, but take the bolts that come with the kit to your local hardware store and buy the strongest replacements you can.

Perfect solution for my 54" Panasonic plasma. I bought another Sanus mount (full-motion) from Target to mount my plasma over my fireplace. When I opened package and began to plan out its placement, I discovered a dilemma.... There was one stud on center over my fireplace and the wall bracket could only cover two studs (up to about 20-something inches apart). I either needed a stud that would span 32" if I was going to use 2 studs (skipping center stud) but, better yet, why not find a mount that could be drilled into 3 studs. I took back the original mount to Target and went searching all over to no avail. Lowes, Home Depot, not even Best Buy! I had a difficult time even searching on the web via Google! By chance I came across this TV mount and I am so happy I did. My Panny is about 70 lbs and this thing holds TV's up to almost 300 lbs. It is exactly what I wanted and my TV looks awesome over my fireplace and I have no worries about it falling.

I ordered this to mount a Panasonic 65" plasma. Good thing I was looking around on the Sanus site, because I found out that I needed to order the VMXA1 adapter plate to accomodate the width of the TV. The build quality is top notch, this is the second Sanus mount that I have ordered, the first one being a full motion mount for a 40" LCD. It's really nice that low profile mounts are included as well as the tilting mount. Will buy Sanus mounts anytime I need to mount another TV.

worked perfect for my kuro 6020. easy to install. real heavy duty material. you could easily do pullups with it! still relatively flush to the wall even with the tilt bracket. plus the price was about hlf what bbuy wanted. if you don't like to wait, you may want to do faster shipping than standard. took 2.5 weeks for me to get it. again excellent mount though

Excellent price - quick shipping - value product - this is what you want if you're hanging a large plasma like the Pioneer Kuro 60". The box comes complete with everything you need, including every bolt, nut, washer, extender, plate, and 2 mount options: flat and tilt. And this is heavy duty metal - not the cheap stuff! I was amazed at what a great product it is because I did a month of research before I hung the plasma. So there's my beautiful Kuro hanging securely compliments of an excellent overstock product! The only reason I knocked off a star for ease of operation was because it did take a few hours to hang and I'm very meticulous. With help, you could probably do it in less. Go for it!!

This product was shipped very fast, was at my house in 2 days. It is very heavy duty. I was able to hang it on 3 studs and after it was hung, it feels like the wall would have to fall over before this thing would come off. It was easy to put together. All the parts, nuts bolts etc, were neatly packaged and labeled to match instruction steps.The TV hangs very easy and best of all....I saved an easy hundred plus dollars buying it here compared to a local store.

I haven't installed it yet, but am impressed so far.. It is very well made and designed for heavy plasma screens. Complete ,well organized hardware package and clear instructions. In my opinion,expensive but worth it.

This is a very sturdy and well built wall mount for a large TV. It was easy to install using the supplied documentation and came with a lot of extra mounting hardware to fit a variety of televisions. Would highly recommend this product.

I am completely happy with this wall mount. As long as you follow the directions to put up the wall mount you will be fine. It is a great product and I have no complaints.

I used this to mount my Panasonic 58" plasma which weighs approx 150lbs and it holds it up with no problems. Are parts of the unit is high quality. Highly recommended if you are in the market for this type of flush (with some tilt) mount.
