Purchased to hang a 42" JVC LCD TV. Fits perfect to the back of the set, but this mount comes with a lot of extra screws and spacers to hang any flat screen TV under 80 pounds. It also comes with wire ties to keep your cables neatly out of the way. The only drawback is that when folded flat to the wall, the bracket is off-center about 3.5-inches. This is not a big deal if you plan for it, but if you forget to compensate for this fact, you'll have to re-mount the bracket like it did. I needed my set to be centered above the fireplace, so precise positioning of the bracket was essential. It would help if the instructions mentioned this, but they probably figure most installers are not concerned about centering the TV, or will leave the set extended, so it doesn't matter. I do pull the TV out occassionally and swivel it depending on my viewing angle, and the tilt feature is great for eliminating glare. Overall, this is a sturdy, well designed mount and I would highly recommend it.

item was sold as new but really was a re-sealed open box return that someone had begun to install...all the parts were included although bracket fasteners still were caked with plaster securely holds my 46" sony allowing easy repositioning as seating/viewing angle change

I have used this TV mount for over a year and I love it. It is easily adjustable and holds the 32" TV very well. It has my highest recomendation.

I wanted my flat screen mounted above my fireplace. This allows for viewing in the breakfast room and even in parts of my kitchen. Exactly what I wanted. I do think that the same thing can be found for maybe a little less money, now, though.

It does exactly what it is designed for. The full motion increases the convenience of installing it anywhere on the wall, and still be able to turn the TV in the direction you want it. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the mounting bolts are rather weak. One of them broke as I was bolting the mount to the wall. This mounting bolts are very important to keep the TV on the wall and therefore should be of better quality.

love it, perfect. The box came in the mail, everything was in it. The adapter plates and instructions were all their. easy set up. cheapest i could find. Such a awesome wall mount. So sturdy and well built. you feel safe with the tv on the wall. The screws where perfect screwing into the stud of the wall. all the hardware was in-tacked and ready for use. The best wall mount ever. customer service was great. I called just to make sure the adapter plates came with the kit. they forward me the description of my product and showed everything i needed to hook my tv up. best purchase ever.

I did extensive research and this was the best price for this particular mount. It is fully articulating and moves with ease, exactly what we were looking for as we have only one place to mount our 32" tv but had not made up our minds where the sofa was going to go. We still have not made up our minds about the sofa, but wherever it goes we can watch the tv comfortably with this mount. The only "con", which is more of a fyi, is that this item is HEAVY, especially hauling it up 6 flights of stairs.

This is a beautifully designed full motion mount. All the hardware and adapters you might need for your particular installation are included.

The product itself is great. However it was advertised as being able to mount a 50" + tv on it. When I received it I looked and the box clearly states its max size is 42". Other than that It comes with all the hardware for multiple style tv's, great instructions, and it is very sturdy. I recommend this but make its not for tv's over 42".

This full motion mount can't be beat. It was delivered timely during the Christmas season, and it was everything I expected and more. I easily attached a 40 inch Sharp Aquos to a wall stud, and now the TV can be viewed in multiple rooms.

I have a Samsung 40 inch television and this mount if perfect for it! We decided to mount the tv in a corner where we wanted the option for full motion. This model truly is perfect for just that!

This product arrived 3-4 days after ordering in perfect condition. This Sanus VM400b Full-Motion Wall Mount is very heavy duty and durable. My husband and I mounted a 42" LG LCD(about 42lbs). According to the paperwork and the Sanus box it can hold upto 100lbs and 26"-42" screen size. We followed the directions which are pretty basic one and two sentences each. It took us about an hour to install. The arm is difficult to move at first but as you follow the directions there is a step that allows you to lossen it...which helped immensely. As mentioned by previous reviews, this product DOES come with VESA Adapter Brackets. The pamphlet does not explain what they are very welll unless you know what they are. On the back of the box, there are pictures explaining. The square you see on the mount holds: 100x100, 200x100, 200x200. **********The VESA Adapter Brackets (which look like a smile-2 of them) allows you to expand mount and hold: 300x200, 300x300, 400x300.********* I can't say enough about this product. It does everything!!! I would recommend the Sanus VM400b Full-Motion Wall Mount without any hesitation.

Well made, very meaty. They give you every doo dad for any configuration of the T.V. holes so that really helps. It took very little time to mount once the backing is found. The T.V. is still on the wall so I give this item ***** stars. Oh, and the price? At least $100. less then everywhere else I checked. Excellent buy!!

It's a perfect fit, instructions were clear, and my daughter's 32 inch plasma is hanging like a champ!

The mount itself works great but this is the first thing I have purchased from Overstock.com and do not know if my complaint is normal practice.When I ordered the tv mount it came in a plain cardboard Overstock box which I thought contained a Sanus box. Nope. The Overstock box was filled with the parts (brackets,spacers,screws,bolts,plates,wire ties,ect.) but no instructions and not even a picture on the box to go by. I ended up going to the Sanus website and found instructions to print out. All the parts were there though and it works great on my 32 inch LCD.

This is a very well constructed wall mount for a large flat screen. The quality of the product is superior and installation was very easy!

This full motion mount is great. We have a 40" tv. The mount cannot take a tv that is much bigger than that. If you have a 42" tv and plan to swivel it alot, you should consider a more heavy duty mount. The installation was pretty straight forward. Put plenty of forethought into how you want the arm to swivel before you start inserting the screws and pins.
