We needed a radio that would take minimal space and this vertical format works prefectly. The sound is fine. The only issue is that the dail-tuner is slwe compared to what most radios have. But the stored stations feature makes the slow tuner a non-issue once favorites are set. The added value of the radio is that it also is a nightlight (in a bathroom) so it serves multiple purposes taking up minimal space!
