I needed to get a bigger card for my Nikon D70 and quick, but I'm on a budget. I was getting ready to shoot my first wedding in 18 years and new I'd need to have a lot of memory without having to change cards. This card fit the bill - I did go over 1 gig, and the card had plenty of room to spare. Great speed, too. I was able to buffer 9 shots at a time with the images set to Fine and Large. I'm very happy with it.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
I received the Sandisk Ultra2 2GB card as apparently a returned/used item. The label had been written on with a felt tip pen (someone's name), and my computer reported that the card was formatted to RAW instead of FAT32. After reformatting to FAT32, the card seems to work properly in my camera and card reader.
The card was also "bulk" packed instead of blister packed. The Overstock.com description indicates a 5 year warranty. The slip of paper included in the shipping package says one year warranty, not by Sandisk, but by a company called S2E, Inc.
1 star overall for not being new and not having a Sandisk 5 year warranty; 5 stars for everything else.
