I ordered 3 of these for my kids for Christmas and I couldn't be happier! We purchased a 2gb Sansa last Christmas for my oldest daughter. She loved it. So this year we decided to get her a larger one & for the deal they were running at the time we got all 3 kids one. They love them. They are ages 14, 11, & 9 so they are appropriate for any age really, and they are easy to use. The screen is bright and clear, the controls are great.
