This is a great little MP3 player for someone who isn't interested in a lot of features past hearing their music at a decent quality. The price is unbeatable, and having been a fan of Sandisk in the past, this was an easy choice when my husband said he needed a new player. The design is simple and easy to understand, and we loved the fact that you don't have to use any software to add your music, simply drag and drop the file into the browser window. My teenagers agreed that it was a good MP3 player, and said they would have liked it as a first MP3 player. Overall, two thumbs up and thank you Overstock on the awesome price, speedy delivery and excellent packing!! I'd order this again if the need arose.

This was pretty easy to set up and some of the basic functions are intuitive. It was a bit irritating to have to download the manual to figure out how to do anything that wasn't obvious. For me, the biggest problem was that I didn't realize it uses batteries - my fault for paying more attention to capacity than the other features. It does reasonably well with disposables but doesn't get more than a few hours out of rechargeable batteries. I'll end up replacing it with a model that uses a charger. I just can't stand the choice between using disposable batteries or having to change the battery every 3 or 4 hours.

I wanted this for listening to audio books and it works very well for that, I'm impressed with the battery life.

This MP3 player has nice features and good sound. I think it would be hard to beat for the price.

I love this MP3player. It is very easy to download the mp3 files from a CD on your computer. I take it every day when I walk with the dogs. It's small, easy to use, and the sound is great. I always take an extra AA battery, just incase the one in the player runs out while we are in the woods. It easily fits into any pocket. If you live in a cold climate, bring your player inside, don't leave it in a cold car as it does not like to play when it is cold.

Good little player. Perfect for my use. Good audio for listening to audio books.

I wanted a simple MP3 player that I could use while on my treadmill. I didn't want a lot of bells/whistles which is what this is. No instructions included so being a non techno person, I had to have my 26 yr old son show me what to do. Beyond that it isn't complicated and I can download music to it quickly by myself. I also like the radio aspect. It is what I wanted at the price I wanted.

The best MP3 player I have used. I have used others with not nearly the quality and ease of use as this one. Excellent sound too! I have used a Sandisk in the past and loved it but it 'died' on me after just over a year. I hope it was just a defective model. After that I tried several others and was never happy. I went back to Sandisk and love it again!!!! I highly recommend this product!

This player has several great features, including an equalizer and FM presets. It's easy to get music on and off of (I use Windows Media Player, but you can also just drag and drop) and the controls are all very easy to figure out. The full instructions are only available online, but I didn't even read them until I'd been using the player for a week, and then it was mainly out of curiosity about whether I'd missed anything (I hadn't, but it did explain some of the settings in more detail). Overall, I'm very happy with it, and definitely would recommend it to others.

I bought 3 of these models and 2 of them became useless a couple of months down the road as the hard drive just freezes up, rendering the mp3 player into a useless piece of junk. They have since changed the style from rounded to flat so I don't know if they fixed the problem or not.

My boyfriend loved it and used it daily up until he won an iPod touch 4 from work. Now he's addicted to that! Personally this one is way to tiny for me to figure out but he was able to and took it everywhere so if you can hang with the itty bitty and old school this is for you.

I got this for a christmas gift for a family member and he loved it. It was a great price and easy to use. I went with this instead of an ipod because I wanted something that would be easy to use and it came with earbuds. I would recommend this brand to everyone. I have been very pleased with Scandisk products.

I've only had this for a month and it is already messed up. It will not turn on immediatly, it will not no longer remember where it was playing the last time I cut it off. I don't know what's wrong with this thing. I plan to return mine and get a real player!

This is the first of this type of personal music device I have ever bought for me. I like it well enoungh. The sound is good, the reception on the FM radio is very good and it keeps my co-worker from constantly talking to me about boring stuff when he sees the ear plugs in my ears. The cord for the ear plugs could be a little longer.

This was the first of any of this type of tech that I ever bought/used or even looked at. It was surprisingly easy to download to and use. I got it for 'desert use, overseas'; it is used just about every day and still going strong. The reason I put 4 stars for audio quality is because of the little earbuds that came with it. The reason for 4 stars under ease of operation is that I downnloaded some files with a different program, then I couldn't change the file names, so it doesn't organize them quite the way I wanted to...but that is surely due to operator headspace rather a device issue!

The sound on this unit is great. The unit came without instructions so I didn't know what to do. It wasn't until I downloaded the instructions from the company's web site tha t I was able to operate the unit. Even with the instructions I am still having difficulties downloading music into it. Other than that, the radio feature works nice and so does the recording feature.

Top little mp3 player. Wish I had gone a little bigger, especially since I have a few audio books on it, but certainly has good battery power and sufficient book and music storage capabilities.

I am very pleased with this product. It is extremely easy to download music to the player and sound quality of tuner is very good. Battery life is good, also.
