didn't work!
The product I received was barely charged, and wouldn't charge on my computer. It came with no instruction manual, so I had to go online to try to figure out if I was doing something wrong. After all this wasted time and frustration, I STILL could not get the thing to work. I wish I had noticed that it was refurbished before purchasing! Overstock was great, however with the return and refund!

Great Value
Unit is a great value and does what it is advertised to do. Being a refurbished unit, you do have to find the manual online to be able to use it effectively. I only have two annoyances. 1) you cannot download into a specfic playlist, this has to be done on the unit itself and is slow going one album at a time. 2) Takes a little getting used to, as when you want to go from a particular artist back to a shuffle of all songs or vice versa Overall a great unit.

Still learning the power and lock button, and getting used to the touch pad. You have to lock it if you are activie while listening to music or books. That is a learning curve with anything new. The format is simple and straight forward for someone who does not like reading instructions, like me.

Might not be for everyone.
I was very happy with how this MP3 player preformed in my home, But when I took it to my car(where i meant it to stay) i was bumping the bottom left/right touch pad buttons every time I put it down.. In short, Some things just need a clicking button. Touchpads aren't necessarily an upgrade. When your driving you shouldn't have to take special care with how you handle your MP3 player. Also I never walked with this in my pocket but i'de assume that same thing would happen when your leg made sufficient contact. And the nearly full face touchscreen may have been meant to be a nice feature, IMO it's a detriment.

I really haven't mastered this thing. I'd LIKE to like it, but I struggle with the operation. It's not very user-freindly.
