I bought these as a Christmas gift and ended up getting two of them for half the usual price of one - an excellent deal! These were new, not refurbished units. The gift recipients love them! They have had no problems after 6 months and the quality of the audio and video is excellent. The only complaint is the poor instructions that come with them. The user has to figure out how to perform a number of operations that should be explained in the manual. This might not be a problem for owners that are familiar with similar products but can be frustrating to a first time user. Other than the gripe about the manual, they had no other complaints. The price was great, shipping was very quick and there have been no issues. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It works great, has alot of new things added to it, from the old style Sansa. super easy to get around and find your music, picture is clear.

It was a gift for my daughter, she had broken her ipod and wanted another one. I was on a budget, so I order her the Sansa Fuze 8GB. When she opened it , she was so surprised that and replied that the best gift she received for Christmas. It was easy to upload the music, the sound quality was excellent.

I bought this item for my two sons ages 15 and 19. They both were thrilled. They were able to download music within minutes and add pictures. I wish I knew how much they were going to enjoy them because I should have bought one for myself.

Love this little player. Pros: Looks good. Feels nice to handle. Sound quality is good but MAYBE could have been little better (I am using default settings, not tweaked equalizer) Cons: Scroll wheel does not increase speed. If song is way down the list then it takes a while to reach there. Overall very satisfied with this player. Would certainly recommend it.

My son really loves his mp3 player. He never puts it down.

The screen is small, but it does the job with great clarity and auditory sensation. The picture's crystal and I didn't check the audio output, but I use it in speakers loud enough to matter. The only beef I have is that sometimes when I plug it into the computer , turn it off then unplug it it freezes on the charging screen. I start it and stop it and it's fixed. Other than that it's incredibly stable and does the trick.

Santa brought two of these to my children and they are great. They hold more video and music than their older sister's have to have IPod. I love these much better and a great value for your money!
