I got this little player for xmas last year. I have a ton of music and it was getting all jumbled up when I tried to move it to Itunes and my Ipod. My wife got me this little thing and, wow, I don't miss I tunes at all. Just click and drag your music and your done. I think it has a better sound than an Ipod and awesome battery life, even when not used for a week or three. The one major downside, the screen is horrible in sunlight. You cannot see a thing. They market this for joggers but every time I try and find a specific song while running, I have to stop and cup it in my hands and hold it up to my face. It looks like I'm lighting a cigarette. Other than that, great product for the $, especially over the overpriced Ipods.
This player is miles above my last one but not that much higher in cost. I like the look of it, the sound quality is really good and it is very easy to use. My one complaint would be that the headphone jack doesn't seem right. If I use any headphones or speakers other than the Sansa ones that come with it, they don't quite fit. If you push them in all the way, there is no sound, so you have to leave them a little loose in the jack. Even with the Sansa headphones, this is true, except that they fit a little more snuggly and move around a little less. I don't know if this is a defect with my particular player or if this is the case for all of these.
Great little product. I love its features and ease of use. I love it!
I love this little MP3 player. Very user friendly.
I bought this to record lectures and it works great for that. Not so good for band rehearsal :-( . .
. .It records as a wav file, so those 4 Gigs gets used quicker than if it recorded as mp3. .
. . Also, doesn't compare to the ipod for playing thru the car stereo system.I've had it about a year, and no complaints.
