Great Value + NIce Looking MP3
from Las Vegas, NV,  May 17, 2009

I love Sansa MP3 players, they are cheaper than iPods, but all I need are the basic functions, I don't like iPod, too fancy and complicate for me, Sansa Clip is very easy to use. My co-worker bought one Sansa MP3 player, now he wants to buy more as gift, so I recommend him to get a Clip. Absolute great value and nicely designed MP3 player. A++

I've never owned an MP3 player. I needed something to walk and listen to my bible podcasts and my worship music. It was simple to move my items from my laptop to the mp3 and the quality is great. Item arrived quickly from Overstock. Great price..great buy!!

Great value
from St. Louis, MO,  Oct 26, 2010

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter - it's perfect. Screen's large enough to see, intuitive navigation, large memory and cheap enough that we won't cry if she loses it.

SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

Sound quality is very good and the player is easy to sync to the computer. The radio tuner on mine doesn't pick up many stations. Overall a good value for the money.

Excellent!
 from Arizona,  Apr 3, 2010

The Sansa Clip is the neatest, and smallest, FM/MP3 player I've ever encountered. Battery life is excellent. Sound is very good (although I use my own ear buds instead of the ones they furnish). It stays where it is clipped so working out at the gym and/or riding a bike are possible without worrying about it falling off. Price was right and delivery was very quick.

SHOCKED!
 from Tyler,Texas,  Jan 29, 2010

I'm usually not the type to voice my opinion on pretty much anything....but this just beats all I've ever seen!Honestly I was seriously expecting a halfway decent MP3/radio player to use when I work out....and when it came in the mail(quicker than I thought it would,btw)...I was tickled pink after reading the simplified instructions, and used it! I'm 41 yrs old and was jumping around like a 3 year old (or maybe I was trying to see if it would stall or skip on me)lol.. I thought I was at a concert when I turned the volume on over just HALF way! I absolutely LOVE the way it makes my work out time increase, and not even realize how long I'd even been at the gym! This awesome lil item doesn't skip on any songs I downloaded,it even picks up radio stations my home stereo won't even pick up! As far as the price...I would have actually paid MORE for something so awesome. It's small enough to not get in my way,but yet hold 2,000 songs!I looked and compared the others before I ordered this one,and figured,oh well...I'll just get a simple not-so-hot one...but I am totally AMAZED at the unbelievable quality of this thing.Thank you Overstock.com!! When I let people at the gym hear it,they always quickly find a pen and write down your site & the name of my MP3/radio info! Sorry for such a long review, but I'm already feeling skinnier with the way my player hypes me up to keep going.20 more pounds to lose and my player actually gives me a boost....especially whenj I hear a song I really like,I walk faster and sometimes even break out in a dance!lol Thanks again!

Great Simple Mp3
 from Texas,  Jan 7, 2010

I bought three of these for a 5 year old, 9 year old and a 66 year old. Nice and easy to use for all ages, with simple controls for toggling songs, between MP3s and radio. The tiny size, along with the built in clip makes it easy and convenient for any purpose. The display is vibrant, very readable and easy to use. I also picked up a USB to AC adapter so you can plug it into an outlet for charging, if you are not near a PC. Moving songs to the device is easy and 2GB storage for the price is great. The headphones are your typical cheapies that come with any device these days, but also easy enough to replace. I would recommend this for kids, non-techies, or anyone wanting a inexpensive but quality little MP3 player for on the go.

Good Value Player
 Nov 20, 2009

This has become the family standard for MP3 players. We have owned iPods, Zunes and several other players. But our interest in a player is strictly audio, so this unit fits the bill. It sounds as good as any of the others and is fairly easy to use. The small size is great for running and I like having a display (vs. no display in the nano). I have had a unit come in DOA, but it was quickly replaced and the new one runs with no problem.

Great!
 from TX,  Nov 8, 2009

I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law to use to listen to some books on tape becuase she has been having a few eye issues that make reading hard. I have been trying it out first to make sure it works well before I give it to her. The Audible books that I have download easily and sound very good. And since she loves music from Fiddler on the Roof and a few other musicals that I had previously dowloaded to the computer, I added some of those. They sound wonderful. Setting a few fm staions that I thought my mother-in-law would like was very easy, and switching between recorded music, audiobooks, and radio is easy. I absolutely love the clip!! I have been listening to books and music with my husband's IPOD, but I think I will get a clip for me also becuse it is so light and I can clip closer to my neckline and keep the chord out of my way.

Great Audiobook Player
 from Arkansas,  Sep 4, 2009

I bought these for a couple of friends who want them for music. I already have one and I use it mainly for audiobooks. They're excellent audiobook players because they almost never lose their place. They also let you organize audiobooks, podcasts and music entirely seperate from one another. The sound quality is excellent and it has a fine selection of features.

I always thought that refurbished items would eventually give problems, but I only just received this item a couple days ago. I put some music onto it,charged it up and just only picked it up to use it for the first time today...it started off great for about 5 minutes then as I was adjusting the volume,I noticed it wouldn't turn up,instead it kept turning down....the volume button decided not to work. So right now I have no audio thru my earphones as the volume has turned all the way down, and it cannot turn back up. I now know why I always buy brand new and not refurbished, even though brand new can also give problems...but seriously, so soon? I actually love this player as it is so easy to use. the clip is such a plus to this item. But now i have to look for another player...not a good thing.

Why would anyone buy an ipod? I don't get it!
from Lansing, MI,  Mar 7, 2012

I've had this little thing for over 2-3 years now. It's outlasted like 9 pairs of ear buds, so ya.. Holds about 330-350 songs. You can search by song, artist, album, or create playlists, but I just use shuffle. Battery life was probably over 100 hours when I first got it, now its about 48 hours. Charges when plugged into your computer. Very easy to upload music, just plug in to your computer and transfer mp3 files like a flash drive. FM radio comes in great too. Phenomenal value.

decent considering price
from San Jose, CA,  Dec 15, 2011

product is decent, i would buy for a kid who wanted an entry level ipod to where if they lost it or it broke, you wouldn't be mad. I had them for when I went to the gym and when I lost one (they gave me two per package at the time) i wasnt upset because they aren't anything that special. Smaller cheaper versions of the ipod nano.
