i'm very upset i brought this for my son as a birthday gift , a month has past & now it doesn't work....It doesn't come on, dead, nothing...and since it's past when i can return it to over stock.. i have to contact Sandisk to see what my options are....very disappointedsince this was a gift for my 15 year old son. Never mind that i had trouble downloading music into the MP3.. It now makes me wish i went to the store & brought it, at least i would have a better chance of returning it.....
