I love these cards. I've been using the Ultra II SD Plush cards for a few years now and when I purchased a new camera I decided it was time to increase the memory capacity and speed. While I do wish they came in class 10, class 6 is still speedy enough and works fine. It is so convenient to be able to take the card out of the camera and plug it directly into any computer. I am a little surprised that SanDisk hasn't continued making these with faster speeds and higher capacities. Maybe I'm even more surprised that these didn't become so popular that SanDisk would have had no choice but to keep advancing them. Sure, you pay about twice what you could for a normal SD card, but in my opinion, memory has become so cheap that the extra expense is worth the convenience. I now carry one of my older Ultra II 2GB SD Plus cards on my keychain in a little SD card carrier for backup (whether it's for my camera or to just use as a USB drive, I have it). Everyone I've introduced to these absolutely love them!

I purchased this SD card because I am familar with the Sandisk Ultra II SD Plus Card. I used the SD Plus cards for my digital cameras. When I need to make an upload, I don't need to carry a seperate SD card reader or carry a USB cord and read it from the camera (which takes away it's battery power). The Sandisk Ducati edition is a Class 6 (vs Class 4 with the Ultra II) and I have noticed some increase performance in my GoPro camera. I only wish that SanDisk had continued to make this design to a 8GB or even a 16GB.
It's pretty fast, I hesitate to use it in USB since it doesn't really feel sturdy to me that way but it's good to have in case you don't have a SD reader to put it in. Also works great with ReadyBoost on Windows 7. It is slightly faster on SD than USB but that might just be my computer.
