I'm thrilled that the disk is compatible with my digital camera! Now I just need to go on vacation and use it...great peace of mind that I won't run out of space, and I can even shoot a short video or two. So glad I just happened to run across this incredible sale!!
I bought this for my Canon camera and it works well in it. I didn't know it would not work if I insert in my laptop computer, I guess you need the latest software for an SDHC for it to load on a computer. But I use the usb cord to connect the camera to the computer and can easily read the card from there. It takes long videos, which is what I wanted it for. Make sure your camera can support the 8GB SDHC card, fortunately mine does but some do not. The pictures print out nice and it functions very well, I am very happy with it!
I recently received a new camera and was given a memory card with it. WELL, that camera is great and its original card VERY Satisfactory BUT, being a new Grandma AND preparing for the vacation of a lifetime, we REALLY needed more memory and WHAM, here came the 8GB offer from Overstock. Well, i bought 2 of the cards and am thrilled. They hold more pix then i can ever expect to take. My recommendation is BUY, BUY, BUY!
