I have had it just over a month and the case is already cracked. It does not recognize my voice to do voice calling, and it only sometimes recognizes my BlueAnt car speaker phone. People I talk to tell me they can't understand me. I have to rechange it constantly and I don't get lots of calls. While it rings louder than some other phones I've tried, I would like it to be louder. The alarm clock is good, which is a feature I look for in a phone. I don't have a data package, so I can't rate that part of the phone, but if it can't handle the basics, then why get it.
