I bought this as a TV for my room. The only thing that i didn't like was that it came with a crack on the outside of the TV, this does not change how the TV works and is just cosmetic. Other then that it was an amazing buy and has a GREAT resolution!!

the tv is fine... the color was not as vibrant as a 1080p Sony TV however for the price it is quite worth it since it was purchased refurbished from this site. The TV was broken in certain places when rec. due to refurb however overstock was courtesy enough to resolved the problem. My recommendation is to purchase a refurb unit only from reputable companies just in case the unit is not as expected. Otherwise the TV works fine and is worth the buy.

I already had a Samsung T260 (the computer version of the T260HD) and, for sure, the regular T260 is the better monitor. Having said that, the T260HD definitely has a lot going for it (1920x1200 for instance) and, while the PQ could have been slightly better (especially in terms of contrast), it's still an incredible TV monitor for the price (the number of inputs will satisfy almost anyone). For sure, a recommended purchase ! :)

My husband chose this TV for my office. I use it as a TV and as a computer monitor. The picture looks great (although I don't know much about TV quality and picture). We couldn't find a better price for the size we wanted. We've had no problems and feel confident buying refurbished products from overstock.

I ordered two of these monitors because the price was right. They arrived very promptly and are both superb in terms of clarity and color (WHAT COUNTS IN MY BOOK). Unfortunately, both monitors have multiple cracks in the transparent plastic that covers the bezel - that's a serious cosmetic issue but doesn't affect the monitors' quality so I am happy.

Very Very good picture. Speakers are toward the rear so the sound is poorer than expected.

Pros: Beautiful display. Great contrast ratio. Limitless options with ports and connectors. Very stylish design and bezel. easy to navigate menu. tuner. 1920x1200 16:10. great for playing games. along with my computer, i have my xbox hooked up and playing modern warfare is amazing. Cons: Takes a good 20 seconds to wake up from standby mode. one of the two HDMI ports is giving me problems with image position on my xbox.

Great Monitor and TV combo. No problems, set up was quick and easy, works very well with my new PC. Saved a lot of money, can't really tell why this is a refurbished model.

The TV came to us carefully packed and in excellent condition! It was easy to install and is beautiful. The picture is crisp and clear. I love this monitor the picture is great and the fact that it has 2 HDMI inputs and a Coaxial an Component input is a huge plus. It also has a TV tuner built in in so you can use it as a TV and it comes with a remote. This product also comes with a 3 year manufacturers warranty so that is also a huge plus. i have noticed some complaints about the speakers, i find them just fine i mean you can not listen to music loud but anyone who is expecting to play loud music on monitor speakers is not so bright and they do work very well for listening to movies and games. I would highly suggest this monitor to anyone i know.

Purchased this as a gift, and the recipient (with technical expertise) is very happy with it. Nice TV picture and it's also a great monitor for gaming or watching blueray movies in 1080p.

I got this monitor to upgrade from my 23" plus the tv tuner. The unit came without any cables, but it was okay as I always have extra lying around. Like the previous reviewer, the speakers are pretty much useless. You need to use separate speakers to get any decent sound. I would have given this at least two stars, but after contacting Samsung service, I received a firmware update that just made everything worse. I thought Samsung was supposed to #1 in tvs, but this monitor/tv hybrid is useless. I still love my 52" Sammy tv but sorely disappointed with this purchase.

I love this lcd hdtv. The picture is great, especially when the broadcast is in hd.The price is great ! The refurb works wonderful. Nothing's wrong with it.If I had to buy another lcd, I will get it through overstock.com again.Shipping was fast.

Samsung LCD televisons are widely advertised as being the best, but this product is not. The picture is no where near as good as my plasma flat screen tv set and the sound is terrible.
