Very positive first experience... No surprises. Arrived looking like it's picture... very user friendly - I plugged it in and was using it right away. Is technically refurbished, but arrived in pristine packaging without a mark. Does not sing or dance, but I do not expect that from a COMPUTER MONITOR.
