Received the product very quickly. Only thing missing was the users manual, but it's very straightforward getting the monitor set up, so that wasn't a problem. Absolutely no issues with the monitor, either from a customer service or a technical standpoint. I would like to mention that the post office lost the HDMI cord I ordered with the monitor, and Overstock was very accommodating, and quickly shipped a replacement cord. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation, top notch customer service.

Works great, looks great, easy to set up and use. Two things to consider: First, you cannot adjust the tilt of the screen itself. This isn't a huge problem because of its MagicAngle feature (which basically polarizes each row of pixels to the angle you want), but it's there. The other is that, due to the MagicAngle feature, there are slightly visible horizontal lines across the screen. I really barely notice them, and only on a white screen.

Fast service, Delivery and such a great product. The body of the monitor does not tilt at all but the picture is perfect and has many options to help the tilt factor. I have been using this product for more then 2 weeks and it is wonderful. The picture and response time is excellent. It does not get hot even after hours of use. This came with the VGA cord for the monitor and its own little power supply. After set up i only had a problem with the tilt factor but i rectified that with making a wedge for the monitor to sit on and now you can view it from any angle in the room. The view is so large that i have used it for a group of people (more then 7 people in the room, viewing movies, pictures and video games) and everyone says what a great monitor it is. If your desk is lower then your seating or if you can create a balanced wedge for this monitor to sit on then i would definitely recommend this product because it is the best LED monitor that I've seen yet!

Great produce, resolution is very good. The only down side is that there is no audio output on the moniter has to go straight through a computer. Not suggested for use with a gaming console.

This a great monitor. Never had any issues with it. I use it as a secondary VGA monitor off my work laptop and as my primary HDMI monitor for my desktop.

I use the screen for work and it is fantastic. The clarity of the picture is as good as my HD TV. As my title implies, the monitor has met or exceeded all my expectations.

I bought this monitor for my home surveillance system since it did not come with one. The specs are very nice for the price. I have a samsung tv in my bedroom and thought that it would have the same qualities, and it did not disappoint me. Just have to see how long this product would last since it is on 24 hours a day. Contrary to previous review, the screen can be tilted to an angle up and down but not sideways.

I am pleased with this purchase. Nice image quality, good looking unit. Purchased for a workstation for a paralegal, but I am pleased that this monitor has a sleek, modern look since the workstation is in clear view of clients and others visiting my office. I can say that I was surprised the monitor stand lacks any swivel or even tilt functions, but I do not find this to present a problem for my intended use. I give it the full five stars.

This was by far the cheapest monitor I could find with these specs, and you can count me as one very happy customer. As other reviewers have mentioned, the refurb quality of Overstock products is sublime, and this monitor looked new out of the box, and works perfectly. The colors look really nice after a bit of tuning, the light bleed is noticeable but not bad (by my admittedly low standards), and the response is as smooth as you'd expect from 2 ms gtg. I like the the touch menu buttons, they took a bit of getting used to to find the right spots to touch, but they look great and work fine. Especially for the price, this is a great monitor, it's nice for my work, and fantastic for my games. Absolutely recommend.

I have not had a chance to use this product yet.. thought it would have come with the cord to hook it to the monitor but it did not so I am not able 2 use it until I can find out where to get the proper cord. Until then I cannot say I would recomend due to not being ale 2 try product.
