I've had this printer for over a year and I have not had a single problem with it. I have a small business and use it for everyday printing. I do not do massive amounts of printing. It has a 'toner save' setting which is great for making the toner last longer.

Do not buy this product. Unfortunately I purchased several of them. The paper jammed continously and the machine ran out of ink in three weeks.

The printer functions well, and was cheap. However, there have been some reliability issues, andSamsung customer support has been poor. So keep this in mind.

i recently purchased this printer and it is working great. It was shipped quickly and I've had no issues.

From box opening to printing, using Vista, took approximately 3 minutes. This printer is very quick. The only thing that would make this printer better would be a color laser printer for this price.

Best deal in town. This printer works beautifully...installed easily...and is just what i needed to print copies of scripts. Very fast. My only negative comment is that If I want to print five copies, it holds that setting until you change it and you might end up with five copies of something you don't want. It also doesn't come with any instructions so while I'm sure it will print envelopes and labels, It doesn't give instructions on how to do it.

first of all what got me to buy this product was the low price and not overkill shipping price. when I got it in the mail it was on time and it look like new. all of the pieces everything was in the box. very satified with this product and use it regulary. I tell you what the price of this printer cost less than the price of ink that I was buying for other printers, by far less. very satifed.

The printer costs about what a cartridge does. One of the two plastic pieces to hold the paper down was missing. The printer prints well and quickly and the documents look sharp.

Even though this was advertised as a refurbished printer, it looked practically new when I took it out of the box. Install was easy using a USB cable (not included). The toner cartridge slid in easily. Prints documents quickly and with good quality. It's a bit noisy, but nothing too bad.

So far I love this printer. The price was unbeatable for a laserjet printer. I needed something more portable than my all-in-one inkjet, and was tired of the expense and frequency of having to replace the inkjet cartridges. The Samsung is very lightweight. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be, but still easy to carry to jobs if needed. The speed and print quality are amazing. The only downsides are that it doesn't come with a printer cable, and the installation disk is for Vista only. You just have to go to the Samsung website to download any other drivers, which is not a problem, but this was not mentioned in the ad. Overall I am very happy with this printer.

Great value for being refurbished. Instructions were by picture only, so had some help deciphering them. Overall it works great and is much faster than my old one. Thanks again, Overstock!

Very easy to install and not complicated to work. Have enjoyed using.
