LOOKS GREAT
Over all I would buy this phone if you're looking for: -Touch Screen (goes by pressure not heat) -has a slide out key board -this is a larger phone -very thin -doesn't have a FB app so you have to do everything manually (idk if that makes a difference to anyone) -camera phone I really think this is a great phone for me b/c i like touch screen but i hated those touchscreen keyboards. I will probably get a screen protector to cover the screen soon just b/c i hate scratches and on a phone that is all screen you need to keep things clear and scratch free :)

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? the only thing was it appears as though the back cover is warped a little but hopefully it doesn't become a problem, it fell of once and i had a difficult time putting it on and having it stay.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. i gave it a four out of five basically b/c of the warped back cover and also b/c i just got the phone so i cant tell you exactly what's going to go wrong. but the phone came in packaging that looked brand new the phone is brand new. and the touch screen works great!! the key board works great too! the keys are really smooth!

Okay for the Money
Phone is okay for the price, however the keyboard is too sensitive. It types multiple characters at a push. Otherwise it is the same phone I bought new.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The phone is good but it's keys are more sensitive than the new one I had. When texting pushing a key the wrong way can end up with multiple charaters.

Looking to return
the battery dies very quickly with little warning, today the face of the phone just popped completely off, appears it was being held on with what looks like double sided sticky tape and frequently refuses to send text messages

good phone for the price.
I like the fact that I can type easily with this phone. The buttons are spaced well. I used to have more difficulty typing with other phones the buttons were so close id hit the wrong buttons alot. now its not the same my text go across like i know what im talking about without so much misspelling. my daughter likes my phone so she too will buy one in the future

Refurbished Junk!
I had an original that I had purchased from ATT some years ago. It stopped working so I thought I would try another one, which was a mistake.I had to purchase a refurbished one from O.Com. I used it two days and the face came off the touch screen. I looked as if it was not glued on. Returned to O.Com and they refunded my money except for the return shipping. The shipping was only about $$$, but it was not my fault it was a a crappy product. I suppose that is how they penalize their customers for having returns.
