The sound is fine for what it is. Unlike the a couple other reviews all of the pieces work fine and it integrates with my Samsung TV, which is a plus. The wireless speakers are a waste of time. They still have to be hard wired to the wireless receiver, so you aren't gaining anything. Not going to worry about replacing it for a while, but wouldn't order it again given the choice.

Just recieved this system and it was missing remote, ipod docking station, manuals, wires what a waste of time. overall dissappointment from overstock i don't see how they can ship out a product with all that stuff missing.

The iPod dock never worked. The CD/DVD player worked for a second. The CD disc tray is noisy and discs are slow to load. The wireless amplifier is also noisy, and it only works with the rear speakers. Not only do I not like this system, i have to send it back to Samsung for repair--and I never watched more than 2 minutes of a DVD. A complete waste of money and a huge dsiappontment.

overall a great sound system. The rear wireless speakers do a great job and I was very thankful for not havign to run wires all over the house. The system has excellent sound quality and also makes for a great radio as well as IPOD speaker system. Properly fills a large room (about 25' x 35') with theatre quality sound. The only issue was that because it is a refurb, it was virtually like new except I had to cut the wires because they were set for modular speakers when these speakers did not have modular feeds. Not a big deal.... but took me a minute.I'd buy again in a heartbeat.

This is my 2nd Samsung home theater in 4 years and the sound on this model has really improved and the features are great. It's easy to hook up, has some cool new features like an iPod dock & it plays both music and movies from both. The only negative was the wireless receiver wasn't working immediately and had to be replaced.
