Descent product for the price
The camcorder stopped working properly in few days after arrival. The image quality is descent, but you have to keep it steadily and firm. While in motion, the image quality is poor. Pictures/snapshots are ok. The camcorder is easy to hold and operate with one hand.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? It is defective. Returning for the replacement.

IMHO probably not worth the money.
I purchased this to video camera to record my grandaughters christmas present opening and when I shot the video on full HD and the camera on a tri pod,the video during playback has a lot of split second freezes. Not sure why this happens but it's very annoying. Its played back on a computer with a quad core processor and 8 megs of memory so I don't think its the computer thats causing this playback issue. The still pics it takes aren't too bad since it's really set up for video. The camera is nice and small to carry around. I think this will be going back to Overstock.com and will probably spend a little more to get a better quality camera.
