    I always purchase unlocked GSM American market phones, I am not an AT&T customer this phone is unlocked by AT & T NOT The manufacturer as stated in the description... and reflected in the 100% retail price. ....so this has AT&T logos and software embedded throughout, and my tech department was unable to make most of them dissapear as the defaults etc i have owned it for a few days and time will tell but the hardware is spectacular!
