INCOMPATABLE with US AT&T VOICE MAIL. One hour with very helpful AT&T help desk reveals that this phone can not connect to ATT USA voice mail. One call to Helpful samsung indicates via the SN # was made in UK and is SOFTWARE IMCOMPATABILE WITH US AT&T. Returned for refund Otherwise this is a decent phone

It is ok. I am just like my iPhone .. I gave the phone to my wife. Just hard to use the phone.
