Samsung Eternity II GSM Unlocked Cell Phone (Refurbished)

nice touch screen phone; not a smart phone; a little too pricey for refurbished; despite not being totally pleased with this up grade for me, I am pleased with the phone and will continue to use it, if I can figure out how to use the features without a manual...

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? screen is smaller than expected
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? seems to be very good refurbish; battery does not hold charge well
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. a good refurbished phone; love the pulse when touching screen for features; screen a little small for big fingers

1st phone came well packaged with protective film on the device and new sealed battery. Looked like new. The problem was a microphone which worked only when the speaker was ON. Samsung techsupport suggested repair. This device was returned and Overstock cross-shipped a replacement phone. 2nd phone came in old package, with old battery and scratches. So, it was "used" rather than "refurbished". While this used phone was functional the charging did nor work. The problem was in the phone, not the charger. I had to return this one as well and awaiting for refund. The story lasts 3 weeks, there is no refund yet. Communication over the chat was easy, RMA labels were generated by customer service in minutes. It seems to me Overstock is not a good place for refurbished cell phone shopping. It's better shop for something else...

I ordered this refurbished phone as a gift for my sister to replace her horrible quality phone. If this phone stayed on it was great! However, it would shut off in the middle of a phone call despite being fully charged twenty minutes prior. No warning or anything, it just shut off! I have always had good luck with Samsung but am a little leary now.

Good for ATT users.Served its purpose for me until i was able to get a good deal on a nother phone. I was under the assumption that a unlock phone would allow you to use any GSM network. The phone let me use a T-Mobil SIM but would not allow me to use their apps,no internet etc Just phone call and ID I could not even pull up my contacts:( .

No defects,but was lock on to ATT services I apply a T-mobil card was able to use phone for calling purposes but all apps and internet was under ATT. I thought a unlock phone would be flash to be neutral. Had to get another phone beacuse I was inable to use all features with T-Mobil.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was good if you are nit under contract with ATT and just need a new phone great buy or if you broke your phone and your under contact with no up grade option.
