In Love!
What a deal! Had it working within ten minutes of opening the box. At first, the resolution was off but as soon as I closed the lid of my laptop it reverted to correct resolution. Have already recommended it to a friend looking to share an office and work space with his wife and child. Website says you will be able to purchase additional dongle which would be helpful for mutliple users.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes, although it is a "refurb" it looked brand new.
