Works OK but doesn't have all features stated
I bought this Samsung printer for 2 reasons, the size and the fact that I could print directly from my phone. The dimensions given by Samsung are for only the actual printer and does not include the paper tray. Nowhere are the dimensions given which include the tray. As a result I have to remove the paper tray and install it every time I need to print which is not only inconvenient but I fear it may cause a problem with the printer eventually. The other reason I bought this printer was to be able to print from my phone. On all the Samsung literature including the user manual it states that feature works with IOS, Android and Windowsphone. When I could not find an app for the printer or figure out how to make this feature work I contacted Samsung. After their searching for and hour they finally discovered it only works with Samsung smartphones. I am now stuck with a printer that doesn't fit the only space I am able to put it and doesn't have the features I thought I was buying. I gave it 2 stars because it does work but not as advertised.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Prouct matched the image however the size which came from Samsung, does not include the paper tray which makes a big difference. I live in a small place and have only one possible place for the printer. The stated size fits that space but the printer does not fit that space with the paper tray installed. I have to remove it and install it every time I need to print.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? I have only used this printer a few times but so far it has worked.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality is average.
