The printer works well. The toner shipped with the machine was old. Even though this is a refurbished machine, I think the toner should have been new. The CD that came with the printer did not work with XP, so I had to download the driver from the Samsung site.
This printer was just like new, it even smells new! The ink levels were all above 80% which really pleased me. The printer is a perfect small size for my computer desk. The copies are beautiful. Setup/installation was easy. Printer is very easy to use to adjust color, etc. As I said in the title: I Love It!
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
I received a broken unit... (things happen).
Samsung tech support will put you on hold for 45 mins, and then tell you that printers (refurbished) are not covered under any warranty.
Buyer beware.
The printer is good... if it works..
But don't expect any warranty... nor support.
