Product was as advertised and delivery was fast however it was not made clear that toner carts were used and would not be full. Refurbished to me would indicate new toner carts.

cyan toner was out when I got it, it would be nice if Overstock could tell buyer about this.

The printer works well. The toner shipped with the machine was old. Even though this is a refurbished machine, I think the toner should have been new. The CD that came with the printer did not work with XP, so I had to download the driver from the Samsung site.

Sweet. As a art teacher I am amazed at the price vs the performance. Spectacular!

This printer was just like new, it even smells new! The ink levels were all above 80% which really pleased me. The printer is a perfect small size for my computer desk. The copies are beautiful. Setup/installation was easy. Printer is very easy to use to adjust color, etc. As I said in the title: I Love It!

I received a broken unit... (things happen). Samsung tech support will put you on hold for 45 mins, and then tell you that printers (refurbished) are not covered under any warranty. Buyer beware. The printer is good... if it works.. But don't expect any warranty... nor support.

great little printer fast as i need it color pics on plain paper are a bit drab but otherwise a great printer. I also bought the extended warranty hope i don't need it but with the price and it being refurbished i would recommend springing for the warranty...

Item delivered with blue toner empty and unusable. Don't expect this item to work right out of the box. Refurbished means tested and to me without a toner, how can it be tested? Again, stay away.
