Customer Reviews
Love the phone! It's so much fun and easy to use... Camera has great quality and I love that I can watch videos (not just recorded from the phone) on it :)
Works very god. I think the speaker phone is not loud enough
One of the phones did not work AT ALL. I send it back and was charged for restocking fees, which I thought was not right . I will think real hard if I need to order anything again from here!!!!!!!
This is my first ' smart phone' , and I bought it here, because I am not able to upgrade til MArch with ATT. My previous was phone, LG CU515, was a flip phone thatdid everything I needed BUT it dropped calls ALL THE TIME, and after a year or more, the stinkin hinge broke ( Ive dropped it a whopping 4 times) , ro where I could NOT see anything on the opened flip screen, but if it was shut, I could at least see the date and time and if I had a text or call/ email/ vm... I couldnt hear anything but people could hear me, and my warranty ran out in July..Figures.So I come here and see the BlackJack and think WOWZA..does alot and then some...My friend has the BlackJack II and raves so I thought cool, Ill take it..even after reading not the most pretty reviews abt it, on line...So I get it and , yes its a refurbish, so no instructions comes with it but a 12 page user guide....So I messed around with it a couple of hours , and had to go to the store because I couldnt make the ring tone loud whowever the alerts coulda shattered glass...VERY ANNOYING...I went to ATT site forum for help and didnt get anything, so I went to another store and the guy walked me thru one heck of a process just to make the ringtines louder, turn the alerts OFF, AND how to clear the cache...I was so embarressed because Im NOT electronics STOOPID, but boy did I feel it...It a LONG process ( longer than this review..HA)...To me this phone is not very user friendly and the keyboard sucks really bad..Way too close together..I keep hitting the wrong button and it goes to the main screen...Luckily tho if you toggle back to whatever app you were at, whatever you were doing is still there...If you have lots of patience ( I dont) and small fingers( I do, but I still hit the wrong or TWO buttons at once) , then this may be for you...READ the reviews online and decide !
the only problem i have with this phone is the navigational button is just too close. when you try to navigate to the right, you will end up calling somoene. this phone is best for people with small slender fingers. but i do love it so far.
