I bought this for my husband for his birthday. I read all the reviews and bought this one because it seemed to come with everything needed to conect with Netflix. After my husband hooked it up, he found he needed to buy a specific wireless adapter that cost about $80. So my great deal was a bust and after a month we haven't had the extra money to get the adapter yet. Also, it needs an HDMI cable, but luckily we had an extra one. Take all this into consideration when buying so you have all the money to get it all. It does work well playing blu-ray disks though. The picture quality is awesome and my husband had it all hooked up in under 10 min.

It cannot play blu rays, and when you try to stream from the internet it flashes black and white...I had to send it to samsung the day after I received it.

Blu ray player is great, the remote is a bit confusing, but the Netflix/ Pandora feature is amazing - can't get enough streaming, high def media! Overstock delivery was slow and the UPS guy messed up my delivery.

We had some problems at first, but the Samsung Corporation was there to answer our questions by phone, and very patiently helped us to set up the Blu-ray disc player.The movies are clear and crisp, and the sound is wonderful

This is our first Blu-ray disc player and so far we have really enjoyed it. Loading time does seem to lag a bit, but from what I've read, that's pretty expected from Blu-ray players. We got a refurbished one at a deeply discounted price and it works just fine. There were alot of complaints from other reviewrs about the front plate having to tilt down when inputing a disc - however I really like the flap - my little ones can't find any buttons to push, or how to get the disc in or out - which is a plus for us. The player works fine with the flap closed - you use the remote for all the functions anyway, so I don't understand why you would need to leave the front panel open. When you eject a disc with the remote, the flap opens automatically, and then press close on remote and flap closes auto too. Anyway - my husband, the electronic guru really enjoys the player and has no complaints. I reccommend it.
