except for a few missing video cables, all is good. For our apps the 20" LCD monitors were well acepted by all our users.

I ordered a refurbished and it looked like brand new in box. The monitor itself looks great too, but : First, cannot adjust monitor angle. Second, there is a piece stays in between the monitor screen and base that you need to snap on, but there is a tiny gap left there and the screen shakes left and right when the computer table is touched and moved. Everytime when I just put my elbows on the table the monitor would "swing", though the bottom of the base stand still. I cannot figure out how to correct it. it would be ok if they at least just give a piece of screw, but the let you clip it, which I think is not a smart design (unless you don't typing frequently). My other 2 monitors don't have this problem.

the monitor quality is good. one cord is loose and regardless of what I do it still comes loose. I just need to get a new connector

I purchased the monitor to use with a 2008 Apple Mac Pro laptop which had a screen problem. The refurbished Samsung product came with power cable and video cable, but I wasn't able to get the display to work with the standard video cable and the Apple DVI adapter. Not sure if it was the cable or the connector on the monitor, but I purchased a DVI cable to use with the DVI port on the monitor, and the monitor then worked fine. For the price, this was a great purchase - in fact it was a good purchase even at standard retail price.

the only missing item was a sheet giving detaiils of ops..I carefully put foot on, then cables in rear then hooked to PC.. found out 5 min later one MUST glide thumb over (/) plate to turn on! It is crisp clear..very good quality
