I bought this player for my son a year ago for Christmas. I have pretty much stolen it from him! :-) This is the greatest little player ever! The ease of operation is the best of any player I have ever purchased. The sound quality is wonderful, and the video quality is better than I ever expected. The size of this player is amazing and we just love it! It is so easy to work with the Samsung software and transferring songs and videos are very easy. I was a bit apprehensive about buying something refurbished, but after a year of having it, not one thing has gone wrong with it operationally. I would recommend this player hands-down to everyone. It's is amazing for the price!

I bought this MP3 player back in February of 2007; I still have it and it works fantastic!It's very user-friendly and I highly reccommend it.

In the beginning this product seemed heaven sent however, that quickly changed. This device often locks up and after a reset is completed your songs are there on the device but you are not able to get them to play(to sum it up they are gone). I stayed on the phone with Samsung for a hour and a half, after being transferred numerous times I was advised that each time this happens I have to connect it to my computer to purge the files on my device. It's not worth the hassle nor the wasted time of downloading everything again.

it is great. it has a lot of storage. You don't need any software converters, the software converts everything itself.

I didn't realize until 'too late' -- when looking carefully at my confirmation -- that I had ordered a refurbished player. I was worried until the box arrived (in a very timely manner, despite the $1 shipping). The player came in a 'brown box' from Samsung, but it appeared pristine. There were no scratches anywhere on the glossy black finish typical of recent Samsung products. The firmware in the player was the latest version, and all cables (and earphones) were included. The Samsung Media Center software, also included although it updated itself once installed, is intuitive and easy to use, and I've downloaded both mp3 and wma audio, as well as photos with no problems. I'm happy with the ease of use of the player as well. It's hard to see how one could do much better for Overstock's price.
