Great monitor, excellent price, so easy to set up. It was refurbished, I never bought anything refurbished before. I wouldn't have a problem buying anything from Overstock, great company.

The monitor arrived promptly and well packaged with all the necessary cables. The LCDis in top shape with no artifacts or defects. The plastics are clean and in decent shape with only mild scuffing. There is one busted snap that keeps the upper right corner from holding both halves of the housing closed (reason for 4 stars), but a piece of shiny black electricians tape fixed that problem nicely.

I was a little hesitant to order this monitor because it was refurbished. I decided to give it a try because I wanted the higher resolution this monitor offers compared to most of the new 24" models. The price was great as well. I ended up ordering two of these. They arrived fairly quickly, packed well, and they looked great out of the box. I plugged them in and turned them on and they looked beautiful. No dead pixels and everything crystal clear. I couldn't recommend this monitor higher. I waited a month before writing this review just to be sure and everything is still perfect. I also wanted to mention that the stand went on easily in about 10 seconds. No exaggeration. So they must have changed it from the one that others were complaining about.

This is my second 2433BW. The picture quality is great and works well for gaming. Since the one I just got was refurbished, the case and frame are scratched pretty bad. I'm not sure how someone could do this, but since the LCD is fine, I'm Ok with it. Older 2433BWs do not have the "BW" on the front of the monitor on the upper left - but the model number should say 2433BW on the back. The newer ones do. Hence my confusion when I got an older refurbished one. Sitting side by side, the picture quality is identical to the one I purchased new about a year ago.

This is my second Samsung 24-inch LCD monitor; I now have one at home and one at work. Color fidelity and brightness are great; controls are easy to access and use. I couldn't be happier.

Refurbished but perfect. You would never know it's refurbished. No fingerprints, scratches , etc. Resolution is perfect also. I only need a dvi connection so no hdmi is fine.

I swapped an older samsung 24" for a new Acer 24" w/ similar specs. It was awful. The color of the Acer just can't compare to the samsung. After a couple days i just couldn't take it anymore I ordered this Samsung from Overstock and am so glad to be back w/ Samsung. If the Acer was all i ever knew probably not a big deal, but to go from a Samsug to the Acer just couldn't do it even thou i was saving some money.

I deducted 1 star because the monitor arrived with part of the base that pops into the bottom of the monitor dislodged & I had to figure out how to correct the problem without causing any damage.There is a rubber piece in the socket that the pivot part of the base pops into. I had to remove the pivot piece & realign the rubber part then reinsert the pivot, which is harder than you would think the whole time it felt like it was going to break, but it did pop in with a bit more force than I expected it to require.As for the monitor the picture is GREAT, I already own one of these purchased from Sam's Club several months ago, it was a display model. This refurbished one from Overstock.com is in better shape than the first one I purchased.I definitely recommend the Samsung 2433BW great performance & at the refurbished price it's a killer deal. I would order 2 more if they weren't out of stock.

Item has great color and is huge, however part of the stand was broken. Item was refurbished but while minor scraches could be expeceted not broken parts. Not bad enough to go through the hassle of returing it but not what i expected

This monitor was like new when I got it. I didn't know or realize that it was a refurb until after I looked at the box. You can't tell its a refurb at all unless you saw the box. It has functioned flawlessly and I have absolutely NO problems or complaints about this product at all! Definitely buy this monitor if you're in the market for one!

This item looks great on my desk, and works great as a second screen.

I personally use the Samsung 2443BWX purchased from Overstock and love it ! When I saw these being offered for around 200$ I bought a few for the office. Once they arrived I was so thrilled I bought more for friends, for gifts, and even more for the office. I must have purchased about 7 of these so far and have no complaints. If your looking for a good full size monitor with great color for a great price look no further. Perfect 10!

I would recommend this product! It's nice and big. The colors are vibrant and overall just looks good. Overstock could have packaged it a bit better when shipping, but overall I'm very happy.

It has gone well over our expectations. We enjoy games and now enjoy chating also. We would get this screen agian if need be. Thanks alison
