Problems promptly fixed
I ordered two of these monitors, one each for my husband and myself. His was perfect straight out of the box, but when we went to install mine, we found that the monitor was coming apart at the seams. After a LiveChat session with Overstock, I got the exchange handled and they mailed a new one before I even got the defective one back to UPS (Overstock covered the return shipping charges, too). The replacement was perfect out of the box, and we both love our new monitors. We're Samsung loyalists, and really believe you can't go wrong wit the brand. If you're worried about refurbed items, get the warranty and it's still cheaper than buying new. It's a great value, we couldn't be happier.

The product and price were awesome!! I was a little nervous when I first opened the box as it wasnt shipped with the best of care. But I got lucky!! The product is like brand new!! I use it as a 2nd-monitor for work and for play! For the price, the quality is superb!! I LOVE OVERSTOCK.COM! I have purchased everything from clothing, to home decor....electronics to artwork!!
