Only one side of the switch usb hub worked. With the included 4 usb extension, however, I was able to plub into that and it works great! I wanted it because I am limited on space but have two laptops and wanted to used my one wireless mouse and keyboard instead of buying another. The wireless really works good on the laptops if you have limited space. Once set up with the four usb port extension, the item works great; remote included. Thank you. Sharon.
