Needed a replacement on first order
This was my fist Overstock. com order ever, I live in a small town away from most population, I ordered this to better assist me on my laptop, when I received it, it was poorly packaged, and broken. 9 keys were popped off and the silver sensor pad underneath was all scratched up. However when I contacted customer support they dealt with the situation accordingly and quickly and I was impressed. I got a replacement shipped out that same week and received it the following week better packaged and in great condition. I would highly recommend Overstock.com to anybody just based on customer service alone.

Nice.
It does what it says. It's just that the keys are not exactly placed as a regular keyboard number pad. But for the money it can't be beat. I recommend it.
